This project is a seven-story core and shell structure in downtown San Francisco. We worked with numerous trade partners to provide design assist services including development of permit drawings and structural engineering for seismic bracing of walls.
Seven-Story Core + Shell Structure
We built roughly 95% of the non-rated walls across six floors with DIRTT solutions. And we created new tools within the DIRTT proprietary ICE software to support design and fabrication of new 6″ plumbing and media walls.
The medical facility also includes extensive use of DIRTT millwork, integrated digital artwork, specialty glass and laser-cut steel partitions for public areas meeting all OSHPD requirements. With four years of constant use, the prefabricated construction remains solid.
