This is a two-floor project, completed in partnership with Gensler. The design goal was to create an innovatively planned space which would showcase the most visually attractive building technology and inclusive functionality.
Showcase Building Technology
The team did extensive research and planning to ensure our construction did not infringe on the work of other trades working concurrently in the building. Each floor was laid out with a large central room, surrounded by workstations, with a cluster layout of libraries and phone rooms utilizing DIRTT materials.
Other building features include a technologically advanced sound seal ceiling in all rooms and walls with fully integrated power and data capability.
