Avidbank needed to expand their recently completed headquarters by building additional private offices and workstations. The project challenge was to speed construction as much as possible and minimize disruption, as the space was already occupied.
Speed Up Construction + Minimize Disruption
Avidbank needed to expand their recently completed headquarters with additional private offices and workstations. The challenge was to speed up the construction schedule as much as possible while minimizing disruption to the occupants of the existing space.
To meet the tight project schedule, a DIRTT prefabricated solution was used for this buildout. With a majority of the components built off site, minimal on-site work was required. The team used design-build project delivery to further increase efficiencies while keeping the project within budget.
By creating a custom design with slanted framing, the DIRTT prefabricated solution was able to match the existing stick frame office construction, maintaining design consistency.
