Vantis worked directly with the customer to build prefabricated interior wall solutions throughout their locations nationwide. This project was a refresh to a 30,000 SF existing, occupied building.
Building Refresh + Design Standards
Our team provided modular pods of offices, meeting rooms, huddles and phone booths. We worked cohesively with AP+I to satisfy the overall design intent, integrating custom finishes with the customer’s existing design standards.
We successfully delivered the project on time and with minimal change orders, punch lists, within a compressed general construction schedule – all while maintaining the aesthetic value and design consistency across the project as a whole.
