After conducting feasibility studies and optimizing the budget with a DIRTT solution, we provided full design-assist services to create a solution that went above and beyond, resulting in a DIRTT set of drawings for submission to the architect to include in the permit drawings.
Full Design-Assist Services
The project includs freestanding conference room clusters, DIRTT timber frame freestanding canopies and custom elements like wide flange steel canopies, and customized, reclaimed wood doors spread over five floors across two buildings.
Our team also provided a portion of the glazed doors, frames & hardware package, which exemplifies our Vantis philosophy of integrating multiple off-site construction solutions to leverage speed, quality, cost and sustainability.
