Reconfigure and expand existing lab, which remained in operation throughout construction. Improvements included: demolition of existing offices and restrooms for lab expansion, construction of new mezzanine for open offices, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems modifications for new lab equipment and office layout, and minor exterior renovations at the main entry to accommodate the new layout.
