Design Build of office space within an existing cold shell warehouse. Falkbuilt Pre-fabricated assemblies were integrated throughout the office space, including 4 restrooms, a break area, a kitchen, and future lab space.
Industrial Tenant Improvement
This project delivered a new office within existing warehouse space + MEP improvements throughout the remaining 37,500 SF manufacturing equipment warehouse. Our team also completed design-build electrical, mechanical, process piping, and structural improvements to support Prologis operations.
This project led to the development of a national standards program.
Scope of Work: Prefabricated Falkbuilt assemblies were integrated throughout the office space, including 4 restrooms, break area, kitchen, and future lab space.
