Our team provided both preconstruction/design assistance services (contracted under the architect) and construction services (contracted under the general contractor) for this project supporting the US office for a global tech company. This work included a detailed design permit set and engineering calculations package.
Design Flexibility + Acoustic Performance
Scope of Work: Offices, labs, workspaces, and café area for an AI research department. Approximately 1520 LF of DIRTT prefabricated materials including: solid walls with multiple finishes, glazed fronts, custom powdercoat paints, DIRTT power, millwork, COM countertops with backsplashes, and embedded technology.
The space includes both 12′ high walls with ACT ceiling grid and 8′ high rooms enclosed with a sound seal deck ceiling, all sitting on top of a raised floor system. Our team utilized multiple acoustical performance enhancement options from our toolbox to meet high STC rating requirements for specific areas.
