Quick Quack has made investments in their team, processes, and infrastructure to significantly increase growth, and they needed a new innovation center. As a full-service General Contractor, we drove this tenant improvement project direction, to deliver their Roseville Innovation Excellence Center.
General Construction + Prefab Expertise
This project included manufacturing space, a warehousing area and staff office spaces, which required varied levels of material finishes. Our team fully integrated DIRTT prefabricated solid and glazed wall and door assemblies, provided all MEPF and delivered all the necessary complementary conventional construction and finishes.
Prefabricated solutions will accommodate ease of redesign and redeployment of space types as Quick Quack growth continues.
