This Kaiser Permanente project was notable for its very complex design. Despite the intricacy, it was completed successfully and before the owners move-in date utilizing prefabricated construction built with 99% field accuracy. The project created a standardized design deliverable that would be replicated across multiple Kaiser locations.
Design Complexity + Streamlined Installation
Scope of Work: Two full floors of prefabricated wall assemblies including clerestory windows and custom graphics, Corian wall tiles, custom plumbing chases, COM doors and hardware delivered in 6 different frame heights, with three soffit transitions.
